Welcome to Vytal. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vytal, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Subscription and Payments

Access to Vytal requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing displayed in the app. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Subscription management and payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are subject to change. Refunds are handled in accordance with store policies.

3. Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you create within the application. All health data, nutrition logs, meal photos, sleep sessions, and personal information are stored securely in our Supabase database.

5. Health Disclaimer

Vytal is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app provides general health tracking and nutritional information only.

  • Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider
  • Never disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by Vytal
  • AI-generated nutritional data may not be 100% accurate and should be verified
  • If you think you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device and account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • The accuracy of data you manually enter
  • Backing up your data regularly

7. AI and Data Processing

Vytal uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and estimate nutritional content. You acknowledge that AI analysis provides estimates, not exact measurements.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Vytal integrates with Apple Health and Whoop. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vytal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or health consequences.

11. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings. This action cannot be undone.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
